Once you have discussed the details of your event and confirmed availability, you will receive a contract outlining the terms of the performance. To secure the date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of the performance. After booking, you can expect open and clear communication regarding the event details, timeline, and any special requests you may have. Clients will receive a confirmation and check-in message a week prior to the event.
  • Sound & Setup
    Amelia McLean is equipped and experienced in performing with her own professional-grade sound equipment suitable for small to medium-sized events. Unless the event is large, multifaceted and already includes a sound engineer, i.e. corporate events and weddings, the booking fee includes the provision of all equipment, sound and setup. If your event requires specific audiovisual equipment or has unique sound system requirements, it will be discussed during the booking process and she will work with you to accommodate those needs.

    Amelia McLean is available for both nationwide and international travel for performances. She is experienced in traveling for musical engagements and is available for events across the country and around the world.
